The Lifetime Coated Glass Fused Steel Tank is an advanced storage solution. It combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of glass. This innovative design ensures durability and long-lasting performance.


These tanks are made by fusing glass to steel sheets at high temperatures. This process creates a strong, impermeable bond. The result is a seamless tank that is leak-proof.


The standard coating is available in dark green and dark blue. Other colors are available upon request. Coating thickness ranges from 0.25 to 0.4 mm.


The tank is suitable for a wide range of pH values. The standard coating is suitable for pH 3-11. For more extreme conditions, a special coating is available for pH 1-14.


The coating has an adhesive strength of 3450 N/cm. It also has an excellent elasticity of 500 KN/mm. Durability is ensured by a Mohs hardness rating of 6.0.

Leak detection capabilities are strong with a test voltage of 1500V. Overall, the tank offers optimal corrosion resistance for bioenergy applications.
